The illusion of high standards

Almost everyone would say that they have high standards, in people they meet, probably in food, and sometimes in the way they do stuff. In this article I will be talking about why high standards are an illusive motto made for teens who need the entire attention of the world, and why at the end of the day, it only depends on how you perceive yourself rather than the others, and how reality will make you change your mind every time.

Technology sucks!

Just Imagine your everyday life without your phone, your Facebook home page, or your instagram feed. Imagine that you don’t have to respond to that annoyingly attractive notification sound. Imagine you can have a conversation with someone without them staring at a screen in the middle of talking. For a some time I have been, as most of you, if not all, a slave to my phone. This year, I had to write my thesis, a job that is mentally demanding and exhausting, and for some time, I couldn’t focus enough to get anything done.
